Guarantee / Exchanging of Goods:
Misa Beauty will exchange or replace items with quality-related issues provided, that they are returned within 14 days of purchase. (Proof of the date purchased, will need to be provided)

We regret that we will not be able to exchange items where there has been improper handling or use. Refunds where applicable will be issued in the form of a store gift voucher.
